ABOUT
Some are funny, some strange, some inspiring, some tragic, and some simply leave you knowing something you didn’t know before. To this day, I can vividly recall picture-book stories from my childhood: three rabbits looking out the window on a rainy day, and other little stories that somehow stayed with me for decades. That feeling is why MonteLago exists: to tell true stories for grown-ups that might stay with you too.MonteLago researches each story, follows the evidence, and doesn’t claim certainty where the record can’t support it.
